Measures against COVID-19 - what to consider?
In order to protect our guests and employees from the further spread of the Covid-19 virus, we are committed to adhering to the following infection control principles and hygiene rules.
As a general rule, the following applies to all our guests and employees:
In case of relevant symptoms of illness, which indicate a Corona infection, we ask the affected person to stay away from the company and not to participate in an experience.
- – There is a mask requirement in the foyer of the venue, while masks do not have to be worn in the game rooms.
- – We ask you to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between you, our staff and other groups of guests.
- – We have installed disinfectant dispensers inside the location at each restroom, in the entrance area, and at the cash register. We ask you to wash or disinfect your hands before and after entering the rooms.
Due to the unusual circumstances, we are dependent on your assistance and mutual consideration.
How many people can play an Escape Room? Is the number of players or group size limited?
The minimum and maximum number of people varies depending on the room or City Adventure. You can find more detailed information about the number of players of each Escape Room and each City Adventure under the corresponding sections of our website.
Can the number of people be changed later?
Changing the number of people later is usually not a problem. Please let your game leader know on site that you have come with more or less people. Please make sure that you do not exceed or fall below the maximum and minimum capacity of your booked mission. The price adjusts to the actual number of people. Amounts already paid will only be refunded as a voucher.
How long does the game take or how much time must be planned?
Our Escape Room games last 60 minutes, City Adventures can last up to 2 hours. However, you should arrive at the location of your booked experience 15 minutes before the game starts, as there will be a pre-game briefing from your game leader.
Do the Escape Rooms have set start times?

How much does a game cost per person?
The price for an Escape Game depends on the date of the game and the number of people per Escape Room.

From what age is it possible to participate in the game?
Our Escape Rooms do not have a specific age rating. Underage youth groups may certainly play the rooms on their own, but must be accompanied to the play location by a person of legal age. Younger children can also solve the rooms together with their parents or another accompanying adult. Our missions are designed so that different age groups can easily play together. And in some puzzles, the younger ones certainly have the edge….
What are the payment options?
When booking online, you have the option to choose payment on site or by credit card, PayPal or online bank transfer. Payment on account is not possible. If you book by e-mail or phone, you can only pay on the spot (cash or debit card).
Are there also vouchers to give away? Where can you get them?
Yes, we offer value vouchers. You will receive the voucher either directly as a code by e-mail or on site at the location. The value vouchers can be redeemed at any location for the entire offer/assortment at the location. Besides the games we also sell drinks, snacks, books, etc.. You can find our vouchers here.
Are the rooms locked during the game?
Our Escape Rooms are not locked during the game.
Is a game being recorded?
No, the camera is intended only for monitoring during the game and, if necessary, for intervention by the game leader.
Is the game also suitable for companies/departments?
Yes, solving a mission together can be used very well as a team building or team building activity. You can find more information about this under group offers.
Are the experiences also suitable for people who do not speak German?
Apart from German, all our Escape Rooms can also be played in English. This means that both the pre- and post-talk and the puzzles are available in German and English.

Are there parking facilities?
We offer parking facilities directly at our location. Alternatively, we recommend arriving by public transport.
What are the cancellation terms of the games?
Cancellation of a match is possible free of charge up to 2 days before the match day. If the cancellation is made at short notice, an amount equal to 50% of the invoice total will be due for payment.
A change of the game, e.g. the number of participants or the date is possible at any time – subject to availability – free of charge. Changes or cancellations can be made by phone or email.
