In order to protect our guests and employees from the further spread of the Covid-19 virus, we are committed to adhering to the following infection control principles and hygiene rules.

As a general rule, the following applies to all our guests and employees:
In case of relevant symptoms of illness, which indicate a Corona infection, we ask the affected person to stay away from the company and not to participate in an experience.

• – There is a mask requirement in the foyer of the venue, while masks do not have to be worn in the game rooms.
• – We ask you to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between you, our staff and other groups of guests.
• – We have installed disinfectant dispensers inside the location at each restroom, in the entrance area, and at the cash register. We ask you to wash or disinfect your hands before and after entering the rooms.

Due to the unusual circumstances, we are dependent on your assistance and mutual consideration.

Changing the number of people later is usually not a problem. Please let your game leader know on site that you have come with more or less people. Please make sure that you do not exceed or fall below the maximum and minimum capacity of your booked mission. The price is adjusted to the actual number of participants. Amounts already paid will only be refunded as a voucher.

Our Escape Room games last 60 minutes, City Adventures can last up to 2 hours. However, you should arrive at the location of your booked experience 15 minutes before the game starts, as there will be a briefing from your game leader before the game.

Our Escape Rooms do not have a specific age rating. Youth groups 14 years and older can certainly play the rooms on their own, but must be accompanied to the play location by a person of legal age. Younger children, we recommend from 10 years old, can solve the rooms (recommendation: Secret Service) together with their parents or another adult companion. Our missions are designed so that different age groups can easily play together. And in some puzzles, the younger ones certainly have the edge….

When booking online, you have the option to choose payment on site or by credit card, PayPal or online bank transfer. Payment on account is not possible. If you book by e-mail or phone, you can only pay on the spot (cash or debit card).

Yes, we offer value vouchers. You will receive the voucher either directly as a code by e-mail or on site at the location. The value vouchers can be redeemed at any location for the entire offer/assortment at the location. Besides the Escape Rooms and City Adventures, we also sell drinks, snacks, books, etc. You can find our vouchers here.

No, the camera is intended only for monitoring during the game and, if necessary, for the intervention by the game master/leader

Yes, solving a mission together can be used very well as a team building or team building activity. You can find more information about this under group offers.

Besides German, all our experiences can also be played in English. This means that both the pre- and post-talk and the puzzles are available in German and English.

Our Escape Rooms are located in the basement of the Europa-Center, Tauentzienstraße 9-12 in 10789 Berlin.

If you arrive by car, we recommend parking in the CONTIPARK parking lot Europa Center. Alternatively, we are very easy to reach by public transport.

Cancellation of an experience is possible free of charge up to 2 days before the day of the event. If the cancellation is made at short notice, an amount equal to 50% of the invoice total will be due for payment.
A change of the game, e.g. the number of participants or the date is possible at any time – subject to availability – free of charge. Changes or cancellations can be made by phone or email.
Amounts already paid will only be refunded by value voucher.
