What does „Payment by card upon arrival“ mean?

„Payment by card upon arrival“ means that you can pay with a debit or credit card at the beginning of your booked game. Cash payment is not possible.

Can we change the number of people subsequently? Do we have to pay the old price?

A subsequent change in the number of people is not a problem. Please give your gamemaster a short notice that you have come with more or less people. Please note that you don’t exceed or fall below the maximum and minimum capacity of your booked game. The price adapts to the actual number of people.
